SplitChek Products and services are designed to help you find selling opportunities, exchange ideas, promote your business in a network of trusted shoppers. We are a social online shopping platform, and we expect you to be social, not pushing sales pitch to our shoppers.

Before pushing your pitch to shoppers, socialise, connect and provide valuable information to shoppers. We have created tools that can help you build relationships with shoppers.
You must not rush shoppers to buy your products. This means to schedule your post and promotions wisely. For example, if you have a sale next Friday, start building awareness five (5) days before your launch. Our advertising process follows the same rule. Mind your language: Any content that contains adult themes or coarse language must be classified appropriately. For our integrity, we don't want the public and or our young ones to be exposed to them. By default, all post and products are aged from 16 and above and therefore, ensure the right audience will see your content.
Your price must be the final price that shoppers will pay. If you offer a product which excludes a service fee or commissions, you must show the price, including commissions. For example, if a product cost $25.00 and you get a commission of $3.00, you must display $28.00 as the sale price. By default, SplitChek includes calculated taxes based on shopper's country tax rules. You can set tax rules in the business portal.
For example, that goods are of a particular standard, quality, value, grade, composition, style or model or have had a specific history or specific previous use.
Bait advertising can be a legitimate form of advertising. However, it is illegal to engage in this conduct where goods or services are advertised for sale at a discounted price, and they are not available in reasonable quantities and for a reasonable period at that price.
When supplying or promoting goods or services, it is unlawful to offer rebates, gifts, prizes or other free items without intending to provide them. It is also illegal to fail to provide them as promised. A rebate or gift must be provided within the specified time or, if no time was specified, within a reasonable time frame.
You must not fake any reviews and testimonials. All reviews will be done within SplitChek products, and only shoppers who used your product will be allowed to review or give a testimonial to your product. SplitChek strives to provide a smooth customer experience on its platform, and you must help us achieve this by adhering to our terms and code of conduct.
You or your staff must not react (Like, Love, Wow, and more) your products. If you like your store, products, blogs or posts, we will alert our shoppers that you are trying to deceive them by reacting on your content. Similarly, you must not initiate comments on your products, but you can respond to comments.
A business that makes unsubstantiated claims about future matters (including predictions or projections) must have reasonable grounds for doing so at the time of making the claims. If it does not, then the business can be guilty of misleading or deceptive conduct.
A business should not accept payment for goods or services if:
SplitChek provides you with a pre-order feature which allows shoppers to authorise a payment. An authorised payment will enable you to reserve funds on a customer's credit card without charging them at the time. After 30 days, the funds will be released back to the customer.
By post we mean blogs, articles, products and stores stories and goss.
We measure how you respond to our shopper's queries on SplitChek Products. If you don't respond to our shoppers queries your store will lose SplitChek ranking, and shoppers will be informed that you don't respond to them. We will remove your store from SplitChek after 30 days of no activity.
We don't want to tell you how to run your business, but we would like to work with you on SplitChek to build a community of advanced shoppers in a trusted network. As a business, you know your mission, and you can teach it to our shoppers without selling anything to them. We recommend that your business must see our business tools as a way of creating brand awareness without spending money.
We expect you to comply with local legal and regulatory requirements in addition to our Shopper Agreement, Commerce Terms, Code of Conduct, Intellectual Property and Advertising Policy.
